DETAILS - PLEASE PRINT AND SIGN STATING YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ITEMS BELOW

Set up:          Friday, Nov. 16th      1:00PM - 7:00PM

                         Sat., Nov. 17th           6:00am - 9:00PM

Sale Days:   Sat., Nov. 17th           9:00am - 5:00PM    

                         Sun., Nov. 18th          10:00am - 3:00PM

Tear Down: Sun., Nov. 18th          3:00PM- 5:00PM

Insurance - In an effort to keep things convenient for vendors, insurance is provided by the event manager.  With this in mind, please keep your booth areas clean and safe.

Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.  Please specify if you require special accommodations.

Only one of each Direct Sales Business is allowed.  There will be duplicate handmade vendors, but it will be kept to a minimum.

We require that you attend your booth at all times and are open for business during the hours listed above.  Please have a backup person in mind in case of emergency.

One 8' OR two 6' tables are provided.  Please fold up the tables and place them on a table dolly at the end of the show.  If you need help, please ask. 

Chairs are provided.  Please put the chairs on their racks at the end of the bazaar.

Peg board is provided for most vendors.  There are some spaces that will not have peg board.  Please specify if you need it.

Power is provided, however you will need extension cords depending on your booth location.  Extension cords are not provided.

All vendors, with the exception of those with handicapped signs, need to park in the parking lot provided.  It's next to the fair building.  Look for the Parking Signs.

Vendor agrees to hold harmless the Baker County Fairgrounds, Kristy Backlund, and the Baker County Fair Board.

ALL BOOTHS MUST BE OPEN DURING THE HOURS LISTED ABOVE.  ANY VENDOR THE CLOSES THEIR BOOTH EARLY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OTHER EVENTS MANAGED BY K. BACKLUND.

No refunds will be given after Oct. 15, 2018.
